Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

The Zavora Markets promotional sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Zavora Markets LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules ("Rules").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry, EXCLUDING residents of Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Montana, Connecticut, and New York. The Sponsor may update the list of excluded jurisdictions where required by law.

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate in Sweeps Coins play or prize redemption.

Eligibility is verified at account registration, at Sweeps Coins entry, and again before any prize redemption. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Rules.

3. Sweepstakes period

The Sweepstakes operates on a continuous basis with individual prediction markets opening and closing daily, until terminated by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time as permitted by law; any Sweeps Coins balances at termination will remain redeemable per Section 8 for at least thirty (30) days.

4. The two virtual currencies

GOLD COINS ("GC") are a play-for-fun virtual currency. Gold Coins have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or prizes under any circumstances, and exist for entertainment only. Gold Coins may be purchased, but purchasing Gold Coins is never required to play and never improves any chance of winning a prize.

SWEEPS COINS ("SC") are the sweepstakes entry currency. Sweeps Coins can NEVER be purchased. Sweeps Coins are always obtainable free of charge as described in Section 5, and are the only currency redeemable for prizes.

Gold Coin play and Sweeps Coin play are conducted in entirely separate pools that never mix.

5. How to get Sweeps Coins, always free

(a) New-account bonus: free SC granted automatically at registration.

(b) Daily bonuses and streak milestones: free SC granted through the daily claim feature.

(c) Promotions, leaderboard prizes, and referral rewards offered by the Sponsor from time to time.

(d) FREE MAIL-IN REQUEST (AMOE): send a handwritten postcard including your full name, the email address registered to your account, your residential address, and the statement "Please credit my Zavora Markets account with free Sweeps Coins" to: Zavora Markets LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. One request per outer envelope. Each valid request received will be credited with five (5) SC to the matching registered account within thirty (30) business days. Mail-in requests are limited to one per person per day. Illegible, incomplete, or automated requests are void.

(e) As a free bonus accompanying certain Gold Coin purchases. The SC included with a purchase is a promotional gift; the purchase price pays for Gold Coins only.

Sweeps Coins obtained by any free method are identical in play and redemption value to Sweeps Coins obtained any other way.

6. How play works

Each prediction market is a question with a resolution rule fixed before the market opens, the exact, publicly checkable condition that decides the outcome. Entrants allocate GC or SC to an outcome before the market's posted lock time.

Pools are pari-mutuel: when a market resolves, entrants who selected the winning outcome share the pool for their currency in proportion to their allocation, less an administrative fee of up to 8%. Markets that cannot be fairly resolved are voided and all allocations returned. Evidence for each resolution is published on the market page.

Odds of winning any market depend on the outcome of the underlying real-world question and the allocations of all entrants; the number of winners and prize amounts are therefore variable.

7. One account; fair play

Limit one account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Use of bots, scripts, multiple or fraudulent accounts, VPNs or location spoofing to evade eligibility restrictions, self-referral, collusion, or any manipulation of markets or bonuses is prohibited and voids all associated Coins and prizes, and may result in account termination.

8. Prizes and redemption

Eligible entrants may redeem Sweeps Coins for cash prizes at a rate of 100 SC = US$1.00, subject to: (i) a minimum redemption of 5,000 SC (US$50.00); (ii) successful identity, age, and eligibility verification (KYC), which is required before a first redemption; (iii) any redemption limits the Sponsor may establish and publish from time to time; and (iv) these Rules.

Approved redemptions are paid by electronic payment (such as ACH bank transfer or another method the Sponsor offers) within thirty (30) business days of approval. The Sponsor may withhold or reduce redemptions where required by law, where fraud is suspected, or where Coins were obtained in violation of these Rules.

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes. Where required, winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 and must provide requested tax information before payment.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, redemption of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's username and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation. A list of prize winners (username and state) for any period is available on request to the contact in Section 12.

10. Limitation of liability; disputes

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible mail-in requests; technical failures; or events beyond its reasonable control. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) UNDER ITS APPLICABLE RULES, AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLASS PROCEEDINGS. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

11. Changes to these Rules

The Sponsor may amend these Rules prospectively; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The Sponsor's decisions on the interpretation of these Rules and the resolution of markets are final.
