2. Know the signs

Consider taking a break or reaching out for support if you notice any of these: playing with money you need for essentials; chasing losses or buying coins to "win it back"; hiding your play from people close to you; playing to cope with stress or low mood; or feeling unable to stop.

3. Tools we offer

Take a break / self-exclusion: email support@zavoramarkets.com from your registered address and we will close or suspend your account for the period you request (30 days minimum for a break; self-exclusion is permanent unless you request otherwise in writing after the period ends). Suspension takes effect within 24 hours and blocks play, purchases, and bonuses.

Purchase limits: on request, we will cap your Gold Coin purchases per day, week, or month. Automated in-product limits are on the roadmap; until then, limits are enforced on request.

Minors: Zavora Markets is strictly 18+. We verify age before any prize redemption, and we terminate accounts of underage users. If you believe a minor has an account, contact support@zavoramarkets.com.
