1. What we collect
Account data: email address, username, password (hashed), and language preference. Gameplay data: coin balances, market entries, bonuses, referrals, and the complete transaction ledger for your account. Verification data (only when you redeem a prize): legal name, address, date of birth, and identity documents, collected through our verification provider. Technical data: IP address, approximate location (state-level, used for eligibility), device/browser information, and cookies.
2. What we use it for
Operating the game (accounts, balances, market resolution, prizes); verifying age, identity, and geographic eligibility as the Official Rules require; preventing fraud and multi-accounting; sending service messages (and, with your consent, marketing you can opt out of); and complying with legal obligations including tax reporting for prize winners.
3. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions, a referral cookie when you arrive through a friend's link (expires after 30 days), and a language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
4. Who we share with
Service providers acting for us: Supabase (database and authentication), Fly.io (hosting), Cloudflare (network and security), our payment processor (for Gold Coin purchases and prize payouts), and our identity-verification provider (for redemptions). Each receives only what its function requires. We also disclose data when the law requires it. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
5. Retention
Account and ledger data are retained while your account exists and afterwards as needed for legal, tax, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes (the coin ledger is an append-only financial record). Verification documents are retained only as long as our legal obligations require.
6. Your choices and rights
You can access and update account information in the app, opt out of marketing at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your personal information (subject to the retention obligations above) by contacting support@zavoramarkets.com. Residents of states with privacy laws (e.g. California, Colorado, Virginia, Texas) may exercise their rights through the same contact; we honor verified requests without discrimination.
7. Children
The Service is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete such accounts on discovery.
