1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Zavora Markets LLC ("Zavora Markets", "we") governing your use of zavoramarkets.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, the Official Sweepstakes Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and not located in an excluded jurisdiction (see the Official Rules). One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept current; prize redemption requires successful identity verification.

3. Virtual coins are a limited license, not property

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are virtual items licensed to you for use within the Service. Except for the SC prize-redemption right described in the Official Rules, coins have no monetary value, are not your property, and may not be sold, transferred, traded outside the Service, or exchanged between accounts. Coin balances may be adjusted to correct errors, reverse fraudulent or mistaken transactions, or enforce these Terms, every adjustment is recorded in your account ledger.

Purchases of Gold Coins are final and non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at the point of sale. Purchasing Gold Coins never improves any chance of winning any prize.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: create multiple or fraudulent accounts; use bots, scripts, or automation; manipulate markets, bonuses, referrals, or promotions; evade geographic or age restrictions (including via VPN); harass others; reverse-engineer or attack the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in voided coins and prizes, account suspension or termination, and where appropriate referral to law enforcement.

5. Market resolutions

Every prediction market carries a resolution rule fixed before it opens. Resolutions follow that rule and are published with evidence. Markets that cannot be fairly resolved are voided and all allocations returned. Our good-faith resolution decisions are final.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@zavoramarkets.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Official Rules, or where required by law. On lawful termination for cause, unredeemed coins may be forfeited; otherwise, verified SC balances above the redemption minimum remain redeemable per the Official Rules for thirty (30) days.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Disputes; arbitration; class waiver

Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and you waive any right to participate in a class action. Small-claims court and injunctive relief for IP violations are excepted. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice, including your name and account email, to Zavora Markets LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

9. Changes; contact
